The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful alpine scenery. We loved being able to open the windows and wake up to the sound of the nearby brook and birds chirping in the forest. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast every morning, which was a great way to start the day. the best part was the local discount access card, which we didn't know about until check, in.

Great location and stunning views. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains and nature. It was the perfect setting for a romantic escape. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we were given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a private bathroom and balcony. This allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking views from the comfort of our own room. the included breakfast was delicious and gave us a good start to our day.
There were no nearby restaurants, which made it difficult for us to find dining options outside of the hotel. We had to rely on the hotel's restaurant for all our meals, which limited our choices.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were very spacious, with comfortable beds. The location was the best, right next to the waterfall and with beautiful views of the reservoirs. The hotel provided us with Kaprun summer cards for free, which gave us access to all lifts and a free reservoir tour. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even prepared a delicious soup and spaghetti for us when we arrived late in the evening. The breakfast was quite good, and we enjoyed sleeping with the windows open, listening to the alpine brook and birds in the morning.
